Question: HOW CAN I BOOK A FINE DINING OR PRIVATE BOX PACKAGE?
Answer:

The majority of fine dining packages can be booked online.  The exception to this is private boxes, chalets and dining rooms.  For private chalets and dining rooms please call  0844 346 0346 or email: hospitality@ascot.co.uk, or, for box package enquiries call 0870 726 3042 or email: boxes@ascot.co.uk.

Question: ARE THERE ANY OTHER PACKAGES AVAILABLE?
Answer:

This website includes details of all the official fine dining packages available at Royal Ascot 2013 including the private boxes. We strongly advise customers to use only official Ascot Racecourse channels to ensure that you receive the best value and the highest levels of service.

It has come to our attention that various companies are offering fine dining packages and tickets for Royal Ascot in 2013. If you buy fine dining or tickets from any party that is not authorised to sell these by Ascot Racecourse you should be aware that the facility provided may not be within the Racecourse, or even in the immediate vicinity. We suggest you check the location of the facility very carefully and, if in any doubt, telephone us on 0844 346 0346.

Official Royal Ascot Agents are endorsed by Ascot Racecourse Limited and carry the Royal Ascot Official Agent Logo on their literature.

Question: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Answer:

Tickets will be sent out from the beginning of May 2013. Please note all tickets are sent by special delivery and will need to be signed for on receipt.

Please note Royal Enclosure guest badges cannot be issued until security forms, sent with your booking confirmation, are completed in full and returned to Ascot Hospitality.
