It has come to our attention that various companies are offering fine dining packages and tickets for Royal Ascot in 2013. If you buy fine dining or tickets from any party that is not authorised to sell these by Ascot Racecourse you should be aware that the facility provided may not be within the Racecourse, or even in the immediate vicinity. We suggest you check the location of the facility very carefully and, if in any doubt, telephone us on 0844 346 0346.
Official Royal Ascot Agents are endorsed by Ascot Racecourse Limited and carry the Royal Ascot Official Agent Logo on their literature.
Tickets will be sent out from the beginning of May 2013. Please note all tickets are sent by special delivery and will need to be signed for on receipt.
Please note Royal Enclosure guest badges cannot be issued until security forms, sent with your booking confirmation, are completed in full and returned to Ascot Hospitality.

The Royal Procession normally takes place at approximately 2.00pm each day. Her Majesty the Queen and the Royal Party enter the Racecourse in horse-drawn landaus at the Golden Gates, located at the eastern-most point of the Straight Mile. The procession drives up the straight mile, passing the Silver Ring, Heath and Grandstand Admission areas, finally turning into the Royal Enclosure, before arriving in the Parade Ring.
The racing begins at 2.30pm on all five days of Royal Ascot. There are six races on the card and an order of running will be available on the Racing section of the website: ascot.co.uk from early spring.
Viewing is accessible for all in the Royal Enclosure and Grandstand Admission areas. The Parade Ring is the area where the horses parade prior to their race, and where the presentation to the winner is made after the race. The Parade Ring is at the heart of the Racecourse, centrally situated on the south side of the stand.
The bars will close 30 minutes after the last race which is normally at 5.30pm each day. Other facilities will shut down one hour after the last race.
Racegoers are invited to join singing round the Bandstand, accompanied by a military band, which is a traditional part of Royal Ascot. This normally begins at 6.00pm for half an hour and racegoers in the Royal Enclosure and Grandstand Admission are welcome to attend. The Bandstand is situated on the Plaza Lawns.
